I'm considering shooting for a new job. I haven't even started getting my CV in order and I'm already so nervous, it's freaky. If I go through with this and I manage to get to the point of an interview I'll need some form of calming medication.

And I haven't updated my CV in 15 years.
There are actually two positions open at the place I'm eyeing. An Analyst/Programmer (my current position as well) and a Systems Manager. I don't have the management experience they want for the Systems Manager position, but I can tick every other box. So I don't know which one to apply for.
I saw another company in the Freestate/NCape area (I REALLY don't want to go to the city) is looking for a CTO. But that may be wishful thinking on my part.
