Online retailer ratings

Ordered my car audio speakers from them.. My first online purchase and it went without a hitch.. Delivery came earlier than expected and it was a nice little surprise!

I think the eta is just a hoax and it was always supposed to arrive at that time 0.o

When Batman Arkham City was announced I ordered the CE for Xbox from Takealot for R750.00.

Their shipment came in short, as some may remember, which had everyone fuming. Takealot contacted me the day before dispatch informing me that they don't have enough CE's. I was pretty sad, however they took the R750.00 I paid and added it as credit and gave me the Steel Tin Case edition for free then next week.

Since then, I've been devoted to them.

i think they well and truely beat all other local online stores... Even kalahari, no one can top takealot
 
When I upgraded my router to a TP-Link WDR4900 I bought it from TP Link on bid or buy and their turn around time was amazing. Shipment literally took place within the hour of making payment and I had my parcel early the next day! :eek:

Yes but with bid or buy you may have to wait for the seller to give the product to the website for shipping to take place.... May take long.

But it looks like you were luck with your purchase
 
Takealot - 9/10, I've never had a single issue with them even when they were still importing stuff via Amazon.

Kalahari - 7/10, one or two issues but still a great store.

Wootware - 10/10, excellent shop with great service:)

The Prophecy Shop. Last time I will be ordering from them. Ordered a hdd that was in-stock with suppliers on the 05-05-2014. I still don't have it and emailing them about it and I get this bs auto respond email. And their phone line seems to be always busy.
