Telkom ISP issue, anyone else having same experience?

I've had issues with the exchange in my area for weeks on end with "dead ports" and super lag. Then one day Telkom popped by, fixed the exchange and now I'm cruising. I have a 4mb uncapped Afrihost account and haven't had a day's issues with it.

Weird how the Company account with Telkom hasn't given me any trouble since day one. My private account is another story .........

Surprisingly right after the competition ended I could not connect to the internet (Im with Mweb), got worried and realised that maybe they upgrading my line. Unfortunately it wasn't that, but when I woke up internet was fine again.
