Seriously? And the Caffeine doesn't keep you awake?
i have the same problem. coffee does jack to keep me awake. Tea seems to be more effective.

Apparently there is actually more caffeine in tea than in coffee.
There is more caffeine in tea LEAVES than in coffee beans, but you don't eat tea leaves or coffee beans so that doesn't really count.
There is however more caffeine in a cup of brewed coffee than in a cup of tea.
Ja as a coffee addict there's nothing like a monster to get rid of the headache lol. There is more Caffeine in a can of Monster though![]()
I think getting exercise is a very good suggestion. I've started going to gym recently and I'm feeling better and sleeping better, and you burn off some of the excess energy.
Stretch before you go to bed, and loosen up a bit. Read a book or a magazine or whatever for a while, maybe listen to the radio, and then turn in for the night. All of that helps me most nights. Otherwise try some of those relaxation videos on YouTube.
Reading will 100% knock you out. I tend to pass out 5min into a book if I am on my bed. Sitting up I am fine though.
Try it, read something. Perhaps make it super boring.....
History book is best if you hate history.
that's not gonna work coz i LOVE historyWW2 was fascinating! one of the few subjects on school which i regret them not offering beyond Std 7
What subjects bore you, get whatever it is from your bookshop.
law! hmm...i guess i could sit and read the Terms & Conditions for all my gadgets![]()
Can confirm that attempting to study at night is the best way to fall asleepOh ya, anything like that should put you right to sleep.
Or a textbook
Think of something you HAVE to do - and you'll immediately be lazy and want to sleep.
