well im a cyclist and i should do abit of running but sigh so boring

im starting trail running more my style.
When it comes to cycling all comes down to how far how fast how high. 30km is far but if it takes longer than hour 20 then something is wrong, as well no point doing 30km on flat or down hill. ( did you do it with road or MTB ? )
but yea running is good, i consider my self a fair MTB cyclist when i tryed trail running i could feel the burn after a 2km.
when on the bike and i see large people on the bike i encourage them, sometimes ride next to them setting pace giving tips ect. It takes alot to start any sport, even more when of large size. I always say to them well done when they finished a hill with me (sometimes i get evil looks

) but then i saw remember this, everyday you train you not getting any worse and you lapping the people on the couch ^^

must say for sport shoes are OMG so important, that and sunblock
