That too!
I've been interested in this for quite a while now:
Is this your case @The Joker?
Unfortunately notI would never spend that much on a pc, I think that guys total bill was over $11 000.
I am however working on a Custom rig for Rebeltech that will also be green themed and will be sitting in their offices once its done
Also watercooled and running the latest and greatest tech![]()
Remind us again how much you spent on your rig "whistling:?
Waste of time. PC games are aimed at the general market spec with a nod to the guys with 2x market spec. Rolling in 5x+ market spec is a waste.
Rather spend the money on a dedicated room with black-out curtains (not that expensive btw), a nice HD projector (check specials), comfy chair & high end accessories.
A dude armed with quad GTX just seems like a noob with too much money and no common sense tbh. Quad GTX is literally not going to get you anything over a tri GTX or worse. Well maybe GFX scores but if you're not overclocking then who the f cares.
I'm OK with people spending wild amounts on gear but when I get the feeling that a person is spending and doesn't know wtf is going on then it rubs me the wrong way. Kinda like a guy buying a Porsche who bought his license for 50 bucks....its just fckin wrong.
I'm not looking to criticize either way...it just pisses me off when people roll 4x GTX and then they barely know how to switch the screen on. Even if they do...4x GTX if difficult to rationalize in terms of benefit.I think you'd have to at least be interested in pc's on a serious level to drop that sort of cash on a pc.
Thats not all that difficult tbh. Thats like half the uni crowd. Also I know guys that spend more on drinking a year than I spend on pc parts a year.
