Craglorn (Adventure Zone)

The first ESO Adventure Zone is called Craglorn, a zone that is situated between Hammerfell and Cyrodiil. All content in Craglorn is built for a group of four. The story revolves around a mysterious removal of the constellations from the sky, so the Warrior, the Thief, the Mage, and the Serpent all play a part in unraveling the mystery of Craglorn.

Imagine a zone similar in setup to a standard PvE zone, but tuned for a group of four. Follow a story, or just go explore. Delves are instanced to your group; these are the interior spaces where you’ll always find a boss and a Skyshard. There are events similar in mechanics to Dark Anchors but with a different fiction—and much more difficult. There are also story areas that are similar to very large dungeons—each has a quest guiding you through them. These can be replayed as much as you want. And this is just the tip of the iceberg: there are lots of little events, a full storyline and quests, more crafting opportunities, and entries to the Trials, our large-group Veteran PvE content

It's funny how i havent' quite experienced such a design, other than it being forced during the leveling phase (i.e. elite zones). So this makes it still a "forced group" type of content, but it's still optional content at the levelcap.


Anyhow i will most likely try to log in on sunday and hopefully get out of the tutorial zone :)

That's like the full game. There was/is a bug with the launcher that it would keep downloading the entire game, happened with me twice in the betas a few weeks ago. Was related to the EU/US server switching, you could usually bypass it by directly launching the game from the folder and/or renaming the folder (the EU server version's folder have a (EU) suffix but it's still the same files).

My update last night was 700mb , but i had a 1-2GB update last weekend (even though i didn't log in) .

Must be a bug, but there's only 8GB remaining, so no worries really.
 
Right. BTgames promised the early access codes to be sent on Friday. It's a few hours from the early access and I haven't reveived shit.

Phoned and they are apparently aware of the issue. Not a happy customer.
 
If it works for you, let us know, R55 is not very much to lose if it is a scam. However if you only get the code shipped then there is no point. You will be waiting 2 weeks.

Depends on what edition you bought. The standard edition retail i believe is only 3 days, but the imperial edition is 5 days. I did see this changed on the Zenimax shop a few times and i think if you buy direct from them they are both now 5 days, however retail still only got the 3 days keys. I saw a whole moan post from americans who had the same thing happen from Gamestop where they ordered like in january and at the time it was 3 days.

Either way, BT Games should have given the early access the moment you paid. I bought mine from GreenManGaming which is also a 3rd party reseller and they gave me the code within 5 minutes. There is a ANOTHER code that you only get on release day which gives you the 30 days game time, so there's no reason BTGames should be holding back the early access keys until the last minute...

It's just the early access code. The the five-day headstart code gets you all the goodies during early access, but if you don't apply your Imperial Edition code, you lose all those goodies in the end.

But yeah, it's legit.

It was actually BT Games who taught me to seek DLC and early access codes on eBay because of the countless times they sent their codes late.

We got our Early Access codes for ESO on the 21st of March already...

Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem. Just remember... you'll lose all the Imperial edition content after early access is over.

Just go for sellers who have good reputation and have sold a couple of keys, since they tend to sell these in bulk.

I figure they pre-order a metric shit ton of copies, get the pre-order codes, cancel their orders and sell the codes off since they can't be reused after they've been sent out :p

I've been staring at the character creation for about an hour now, for srs.

I can't figure out what race I want to be.

I love the Khajit but I want to become a vampire or werewolf at some stage. And a werewolf/vampire cat just can't be taken seriously :p

I'll probably settle for Breton. Maybe.
