Batman Arkham Knight: what to expect

So, his real name is actually Bruce Wayne.

Yeah looks good. I still need to play Origins, but I will wait for the price to pipe down. And the Bat-mobile!

The price piped-down this whole previous weekend. It was $10 on Steam. It's probably still available at that price until 7 tonight.

Personally, I'm going to just pretend that game never happened. I don't want a mediocre bats game to taint the sweet memories of the Arkham series.

I so hope there is a worth while collectors edition but even if they don't this will make the franchise worth it again after origins(i still haven't finished it :( )

Is Origins just the same as the previous entry or actually worse? I just bought it Origins for $10 under the impression it was just the same as City.

Hopefully, the next Batman will have much thinner body. I don't know, i just don't really dig his body size. Too fat for me. lol.. I used to play The Batman Begins on my classic Xbox and i think he looks great with his custom. Not to thin, not to fat. :D

I wish I could be as fat as Batman :p

I don't know whether to get this game for PC, or spend a lot of money and justify a PS4 for the purchase. I know that there will be a collector's edition, and I definitely want that version. Playing on PC is great with a lot of advanced features enabled. But, this game is the first Batman game to be released on next-gen consoles and might actually be pretty fantastic. Great graphics with a large monitor to play on would give the best of both worlds.

Time will tell I guess. But I'm definitely not missing out on this game. I'm glad I skipped origins though.

For the amount of power that he displays I think his size is appropriate.

Busy playing Origins on PC, don't really see anything wrong with it.

The problem I think most had with Origins was not that it was bad; rather that, unlike its predecessors, it was not exceptional.

What makes it "bad"?

When Origins came out I heard it was plagued with performance issues. Not only were the technical issues very frustrating, but the game's story wasn't as good as the ones created by Rocksteady. Also, there were inconsistencies with the progression of the character when compared to the previous 2 games made by Rocksteady studios. Things like gadgets being available in Origins that really shouldn't have been etc.

If I remember correctly, I watched the IGN review and that's when I decided that this game isn't a "must have" as I thought it would be. Maybe when it's on sale sometime it would be a better buy.
