Dude, I'm level 64 (or something) and I still have games like that. You have ups and downs. It gets worse when your team lets you down as well and you're one of a handful of guys actually trying to play the objective. What I've learned is to play for points, not for kills. Sometimes your K/D might be terrible, but you're still top 10 because you were capping points / destroying mcoms.

Your K/D really starts taking a knock when you try and unlock different guns because you're constantly playing with something new. Shotguns are a real treat...you either have great games or completely terrible ones.

I find if this is happening but I still have a decent score then I don't worry too much, if it's just a crappy game for me all over then changing to a different server seems to do the trick. Just don't become despondent and know that it will get better, if all else fails play some lockers or metro to ensure major points :)
 
^^ Do any of you know of a server that has decent player counts on it with Operation Metro? I haven't played a single Second Assault game yet! And in order to get the F2000 you have to do stuff on the Operation Metro map.
 
there is a server that only runs metro and Lockers Neo, think it's a mybb one or gzrs will check and drop you the link it's bitterboetie right?

Yeah, this is fun. Myself and a friend play on Teamspeak, we try this but really need more squad members... and a squad leader that actually gives orders. Will ping you when we play again, then you join us.

@BoerieZA, we've had a few encounters :)

And on the score thing... I love PTFO'ing. And for that same reason, I hate snipers... they do not contribute to this, they only go for KD... When I hear a DMR rapid firing at me, I feel like breaking my monitor!

LOL - I agree the DMR sound is flippen annoying. But there's nothing better than running up to a noob shooting at you with a DMR and then blasting him with a carbine in the face.

I'm going to disagree on the sniper sentiment. I believe that snipers can be a very valuable asset to your team, but the key is to have them in moderation. Also, some guys play snipers in an active role where they still play the objective without parking off on the back of the map and chilling. Playing a sniper in an active role like that is massively beneficial to the team.

So sniping can be an asset to your team, but if there are too many, OR if you find that your team uses jets/choppers as transport to sniping spots - you may as well switch teams or look for another server.
 
The Official "When to look for another server" list

- Your team consists of 90% snipers.
- You realize your team only uses choppers and jets as transport to sniping spots.
- You join all squads on your team, and none of them are ever in the same spot on the map, meaning that there is no teamwork.
- The opposing team looks like they're operating like a school of fish in unison, whilst your team are camping chopper spawns.
- The opposing team beats your team with more than 500 tickets.
- The opposing team consists of every single member of the same clan. (clan stacking).
- The top scoring person on your team has a score of 50, whilst the opposing team's leader is already at 10,000+
- You check in your spawn, and nearly none of the tanks and APC's are being used, whilst the other team are dominating you with theirs.
- Your team uses the AntiAircraft APC to shoot tanks and infantry whilst the enemy jets and choppers are mauling your team.

If any of the above things are happening to you, and you can't switch teams; It's time to find another server or suffer endless frustration.

And play the same side i would love to see how a bunch of MYGaming people can work together we can use our UE Ts server

And i'm a sniper and i hardly touched the dmr's and i always move around ask Tsar :p

You've only ever stabbed me twice and both times i just got out of a tank you clown :p but hitting you with potshots from a distance is fun specially when it happens 3 times in a row :D

But i'll get Densweep to join us i think a few of us working on the same TS can cause some shit were good enough to make a lethal team
