HA! I actually know this one! It's a sabot shell, used in a rail gun (irl not in Quake 3). I saw a video clip of this somewhere, think the US Navy was testing this.

But as the real answer is not funny, I'm gonna say it's a S&M toy.

As long as can be remembered, scholars have been questioning the techniques used by the ancient Egyptians in building the pyramids. The precision is something even unheard-of in today's engineering circles. The prevailing argument is that aliens helped these ancient civilizations build these wondrous monuments. This is a picture of one of the tools found at burial sites close to the pyramids of Giza, and is the origin of the alien theory. Apparently this would be used in correlation with other tools to pin point magnetic north to assist the Egyptian builders to make sure that the side are all 100% accurate. It may also have been used to accurately pin point the stars to ensure that the Pyramids of Giza points directly to Orions belt, but scientists have not yet been able to confirm, nor deny, this fact.

You cannot surmise from the expression on her face? Should we create a new experiment called "What's Innit"? The quick answer is no; we elicit enough sexual inappropriateness with What Izzit, I can only imagine the levels of wrongness a What's Innit discussion would let us reach.
 
Remember that scene from the matrix where the agents stuff a robotic worm into Neo's belly button, same thing but this is an early prototype. The difference is that this one needed to be inserted analy thus the rounded shape and colour. The upside was that during the development they also perfected their mouth sealing technique that prevented people screaming out.

This model has now been retired by the agents however it can still be found in China, Russia and various cruel bosses who wish to keep track of traveling employees and internet protesters.
