How to play Far Cry 4 without buying the game

Quite a nice feature...reminds me of those older games (e.g. Starcraft, Diablo, etc.) that allowed you to install the multiplayer-only client to do the same thing. I think it was called a Spawn installation. I wonder if the physical copy will allow an install like this too (for people living in the same house) to avoid having to download.

Blizzard still have the spawning copy for starcraft 2.

I didn't know that! Well I knew they had the free version that allowed anyone to install and try the free to play bits (which I guess then also includes multiplayer?). Wish more devs would do this however since a lot of them depend on the multiplayer keeping people playing (and getting them to buy purely for the multiplayer) it would probably be harder for them to make as much money :p

Also reading some of the comments over at Eurogamer it seems that a limit of invites (something like 10) will be imposed...just not sure if it allows 10 "sessions" only or 10 friends. I also wonder if it'll provide access to the full game if it is a 10 friends thing (i.e. your buddy gets to co-op the entire co-op-able portion with the spawned install).

Just watched some new gameplay - in this clip it shows the two different approaches to taking an output (stealthy vs guns blazing):

It's a bit more restrictive though, more a demo than starcraft 1s version.

how as long if you are with someone in a party you can play any of the races and you get all the units. Yes there is no singleplayer. but you can have the full multilayer experiences
