Why don't you post on the MyGaming forums more?

I still actively post (if not starting new topics as I used to), I've mainly been posting to old topics (like the anime thread) or new ones may that arise more so than I do in the TK (time, is but a precious commodity:rolleyes:).
 
I'm here when I'm online and I try and contribute a couple of posts every day. Unfortunately work is keeping me very busy. Like last night Tsar contacted me but I couldn't chat because I had work to do.

I wish MyGaming was busier though. People complained when there were so many posts during the competitions but where are those complainers now?

I'm very worried about MyGaming dying because it's my online home.
 
I added "Other" as well.

I lurk a lot, but sometimes I don't feel the need to post if what I wanted to say is already mentioned. I also prefer to read instead of posting.
 
My feeling is that it's becoming very My Broadband-ish. Too many news related link reports from MyBB. I miss the days when this used to be a gaming-exclusive forum. I can't see why MyBB and MyG has to be "merged" like this. I'm also pretty sure you guys have noticed that no-one is really commenting or discussing the news related "articles".

I'm saying "articles" because it's basically just reposts directly from MyBB.

Anyway, the focus shift is what peeved me a bit.

Between hectic work schedule and my fiance, I try to at least check in once a day to read, but things are pretty hectic at the moment. For what it's worth, I currently game about as much as I'm posting here... so not much.
Next year should be a little easier though... I hope

At least they keep it in a separate sub-forum so it is out of the way. When they originally started, they posted everything in Off Topic which was a bitch.
 
I try, but I feel there is a lack of in-depth gaming discussion. By that I mean threads like discussing gaming politics, trends, sexism in games, real in-depth interesting things.

Stuff like 'the latest games to play' or 'new game patch' etc etc don't really facilitate discussion, and too many times the intellectual stuff gets hardly any interest from other members.

Yeah sure, but for someone like me that checks in quickly everyday to see if there's anything worth reading (game related) I just click on "Today's posts" and see stuff like "JuJu undresses in parliament" and "Gamer dad kills his son" etc, I just go "meh" and end up not really reading anything on the forum.
 
At least noone has voted "I don't like the other forum members" yet, except Tsar that might have secretly wanted to, but is too scared to say what he really feels :P

I am spending more time on the royal marine forums and training,playing games,watching anime. I do post often but nothing really worthy of anything :p

I do post regularly, the only reason i don't post is if there is nothing to post about...

Which as of late has been pretty evident... Very little posting happening... Therefore very little discussion...

I got into my gaming because of a PS4 comp, and since then iv been around pretty much every day... I have found it pretty disappointing that the "regulars" dont post more... And i can understand people wanting to win comps, so nothing against people posting during comps, but it is a bit strange that everyone literally disappears when there is no comp on...

I have to agree with you there dude. Seems like noone's in the mood to have discussions about games anymore! :D
