.... Aye, it are hard work of note. I do only luxury shortbread and cakes and cheesecakes though. My mom does things like Lemon Cheese, Lasagna, Quiche, Scotch Eggs, etc etc. It's for a upmarket type home industry

Heh... I like that once in a while too. But I love making my own pizzas. Crispy, thin-base, drowned in cheese, peppadews, garlic, feta, mozzarella, mushrooms, olives, some gorgonzola and sometimes pineapple (one of SU's loves). Beats other pizzas any day.
St Elmo's woodfired pizzas are another favourite. And Debonair's vegetarian pizza, double-stacked with extra cheese... It's just great when you feel like mild heart attack

I also only believe in meat on pizza but in saying that, now and then I've tasted some awesome veggie pizza's.

I love spinach, feta ham and the third topping is always something new. I don't go for the olives, they turn out dried and shrinkly.

Jeez! Lasagne looks really good! I generally prefer savoury over sweet, so shouldn't be surprising that the lasagne stood out
