ADSL Routers

Yeah got the update a long time ago and there have not been updates as far as I have googled.
Nothing used it like this for about 4 years now. Only about a yeah ago I did change a setting so I could use Traffic splitter.

@ CZC Download the Registry fix for windows 7 so I could dial 2 PPPoE connections from windows.

I used Pada's Registry merge. Also mentioned in the thread you linked.

Rif, that stuff is for traffic splitting.

What Den wants to do is just use one account at a time, but needs an easy way to switch between them without having to change the account on the router every time or set up all his terminals (PCs, laptops etc) with PPPoE miniports.

As far as I understand, setting up those D-Links in half-bridge only enables you to bridge them with other D-Link devices :/. So in short, it's not going to work.

I guess you're just lucky that it somehow works CrzWaco. I tried setting up my router like that as well with no luck. It might be the firmware update though, that allows you to do that.

^^ I know what he wants to do but there is no program that is going to magically do that for him.
So only ways are setting up a PPPoE connection or changing his router settings each time or put the thing in bridge mode then he has to set up all the accounts he wants to on all the pcs. Or half bridge where he can use the PPPoE connections from windows.

Yeah that program is for traffic splitting but as I mentions I was not referring to the program but rather the fix that lets you use 2 PPPoE connections since you asked me what settings did I change.

Yoh, lot's of confusion here between all of us, okes..lol

Anyhow, that was the whole point! That's why he decided yesterday that he's just going to change his account on the router everytime. By the way, I have also done the WAN endpoints configuration on my PC that enables you to use more than one PPPoE connection, but that still doesn't work for me if my router is in PPP mode. It's either my router or my PC.
