Aion - General Discussion

My client has been running SO badly the last two days :mad: And that freaking gold-seller spam in LFG is getting extremely bad now. I've turned off LFG chat as you can't read anything anyway at the rate it scrolls.

Sigh. I wants to play.
 
Hell yeah! Same thing my side damn! the dude just spams and spams and spams it like refreshers twice a second ><
 
Perhaps NCSoft could implement a similar system to WoW's report spammer where if you receive 10 reports for spamming you get logged off the server
 
When I block/ignore them, I can still see the spam. So stupid. It's happening with other people too. Really ridiculous now.
 
Guys im getting a weird message when logging into aion.

First it says "System Error" when logging in i click ok then it goes through?

2nd one that appears after says something along the lines "You cannot create an Asmodian on this server, If you have a character though you can create an [ENG] one."

HUH!??

The first I had last night, I waited a minute and tried logging in and I got in

and the second I had when I tried creating an Asmodian to join you okes on Gorgos... which is why I'm still on Kalil
 
Think i found out why,

There is 52% Asmodians compared to 48% Elyo's

Maybe they want to balance the races out?
 
Lucky me :D

Joined the queue when it was at 170 ppl

Its just shot up to about 700 now :D and im 14th in queue :p
 
taking a break tonight, just me and fallout and series and downloading :)

definitely going todo the ylos thing too, make myself a assassin and suffer some moar :D

Yep - if you already have an asmodian on the server, you can create additional ones (because you'll always only occupy 1 slot on the server no matter how many alts you have)

They are only allowing new elyos accounts on there. I had the same issue the very 1st time i tried to create a char on there last week.

If you just press OK, it puts you into the server queue.

You screwed up your region settings again. Change region between Europe & North America on your NCSoft launcher and see if it works.

Well I haven't touched them /cries

And just checking now, they are set to Europe and English

The way I can tell is the server list says GER/FRE/ENG in the NCSoft Launcher

Ok ... it's taken me the ENTIRE BLOODY NIGHT to up my Aether gathering skill from 41 to 80.

I was about to mention that this game's travel blows since it takes you forever to fly to the Impetusium to gain better aether vortexes - and when you die you res back at altgard/morheim....

... until I found out that I chose the correct class! My sorcerer gets a skill at lvl 22 called "Illusion gate" which is a portal back to Pandemonium :D ... cooldown 1 minute \o/

Suck it other classes :D
