Darksiders: ............
Alan Wake: I wanted to like it, I even bought the collector's edition. It turned out to be a bit... meh...
Bioshock 2: Solid game, disappointing compared to Bioshock 1. Not one of my highlights of the year.
Halo Reach: I lost interest a few hours in, haven't picked it up again and its not likely I will.
My Favorites:
Red Dead Redemption: Great game.
BC2: Awesome game, wish it had better support from the developer to give it longer legs (more content!) or the mapping tools released so players could create some more maps, but still a great game.
ME2: Awesome game, no need to say more.
CoD Black Ops: I've been one of the fortunate PC players who has had no problems with it. I did enjoy BC2 more, but for me its at least an improvement over the whole MW2 mess.
Starcraft II: Out of all the games released this year, its going to be the only one I come back to for the next couple years.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent: Revived the DEAD survival horror genre. Highly memorable and may very well be my game of the year, which comes as a surprise since my expectations weren't very high.
Fallout: New Vegas: Enjoyed it. The swift day 1 patch saved its ass though. There were still some gameplay/quest bugs left over, but nothing that didn't spoil my fun.
