It is really odd that the computers were fried. Did they release the system specifications of the computers?

Man, I am no techie but if I do not use effective cooling in my computer it would also burn up, not that I am saying the cooling on the computers were bad but I would like to know what caused the hardware components to stop working. I bought a computer some time ago and it would just randomly freeze, the technical staff did a stress test for a day and no results were found. Later on they discovered that some driver conflicted with my BIOS. The point I am trying to make is that computer hardware is made to function on 100% load. My computer is still functioning perfectly after the test.
