Hi all!

I would really appreciate your help on this plus it will be a fun and interesting experience

I am doing my Honours in Psychology at Wits and chosen and therefore excited to do my research on gamers and cognition (higher order function of the brain).

I am looking for participants that are male gamers from Johannesburg between the ages of 18 and 25, that are fluent in English and have at least a Matric.

*edited note*: if you are 25-30 years old please still contact me

I need two types of gamers (who play on any format):

1. Those who have only played first or third person shooter games for at least the last 6 months
2. Those who have only played strategy games for at least the last 6 months

There are a few other inclusion criteria but if you are anyhow interested in being part of my research please private message me and we can go from there.

I don't live in Johannesburg though but would be more then happy to take an online test,or something like that.
 
Yup, would also have participated but I don't stay in Gauteng area either :( (Thank god, but you know what I mean :p).

Yes there are Jet and chopper aim bots, turn speed hacks etc and that + the bullet dmg hacks are the big new thing. Also only using some features of hacks so it’s not that obvious is very very common atm.

I clever hacker is hard to spot except if you try and find out as much as u can about how these crap works. It’s very annoying and if on a weekend you join on a local pub server without at least 1 or more hacker on it should start snowing in your city/town.. Yes that is really how bad it is.

Tons of top players and specifically top Jet pilots have recently stopped play cause of this crap. Very very f'king annoying and its screwing with our local gaming big time imo.

@to0kenZA & others. Loads of things on his profile is dodgy and if you go and tell me his Aim is legit then you can go hump a donkey. No way this hacker has better aim then some of our known top legit local players and specially not the top legit competitive players in the world.

It’s simple, He hacks and so does some others in that GS and I know that.

Maybe.

Anyway, I was being serious about the Rat7 mouse. The other night we saw a tutorial video of how to bind macros with that mouse so you can fire without any recoil whatsoever. I think lots of people use methods like these instead of the cheats we all know. I think that should be illegal as well, but I swear to god people use macros in this game. Only thing about this is, you would never know and there's no way of detecting it.

I'm a bit uninformed when it comes to macros and such, does this include binding things like your melee and grenade commands to your extra mouse keys (I'm a stock mouse kinda guy at the moment)

I know that in the DGL Macros are forbidden and seen as cheating

No that you can do, macros are settings such as jump shoot go prone at the click of 1 mouse button or as Sky says setup to eliminate recoil when you fire a weapon
