Battlefield 3 SA pricing comparison

I pre-ordered from Kalahari last month.

Anyone know if they will deliver on Friday or only ship on Friday?

First time I've ever pre-ordered a game, so I dono how the delivery/release date vibe works for online purchases:P
 
Also my first time pre-ordering from Kalahari, I'm hoping they deliver on release day, especially because it's a Friday and I wouldn't want to have to wait till Monday!

When i ordered online, worst mistake ever! took me 2 weeks to receive it. Wont order online again for a game.
 
Kalahari orders will be delivered on Friday. I ordered two copies for PC from them. My eBucks came in handy. :)

Do we have to download the patch via Origin?
 
Yup mine's on its way too, got the email and sms from Kalahari! I think Origin will handle the update like Steam does, so just install, wait for update to finish and PLAY!
 
Not to make anyone regret it, I doubt it will happen again, but I ran into some issues pre-ordering (I think it was NFS:Hot Pursuit) from them last year.

I know couriers to tend to mess up every now and then when they don't get time to get to all the locations, so I chose to collect from their office in Parow as it is only a 10minute drive and I ended up having to wait until the Tuesday to get it when I was supposed to have it by the Friday.

They normally give a little voucher if something like this happens though, but it's just that feeling you get when you're supposed to get something that day and you have to wait 5 more...

Other than that all my other orders and pre-orders through Kalahari have been going quite smooth, so I don't think there should be too many hiccups for a big release such as this one.
 
I got my Limited Edition BF3 here in India. R242.00 and it was bundled with a copy of "Order of War".
At least one thing this country is good for!
 
Bit the bullet and ordered my copy of the limited edition from Kalahari as well.. Won't get it tomorrow, but I think the price will go up after tomorrow, I hope....
