i think the counter measures of the helis and jets should be reworked, how is it possible to have an infinite amount of them ... what makes it worst is that fact that the pilot and gunner and have that perk/attachment so that they can have double the amount ... was the plan to keep the same heli in the sky forever? do they know people dont know how to use the sam launcher, ai sad days
oh, this is probably the 1st time i would probably say this but it seems hardcore was actually more enjoyable than the normal mode just because of the fact that your team revives fallen comrades instead of just running over them
well your argument holds valid points i must disagree....and heres why
i myself love flying the choppers, thats my thing but im having to contend with
1. Stingers from ground infantry sometimes 4 okes locking onto me at once
2. Enemy jets the also lockon and shoot at me
3. Mobile AA which does a HUGE amount of damage, has stinger missles to and knocks you back cause the heli to be 90% uncontrollable
4. Tanks own 50 cal gun which also does damage
5 Also enemy choppers that too have stingers
Now all that attacking me at once pretty much makes it near impossible to fly, flares are my lifesaver, when i need to get out of a bad place, flares do the job, flares are not an offensive too, its a defensive once, take a choppers flares away and you really dont stand a chance so no, the flares must stay as is, its hard enough WITH them. As for the gunners having flares, i thinks thats fair also the gunners flares are bugged, they do not always work.....note it requires teamwork also to co-ordinate flares correctly between pilot and gunner
IMO the stingers from ground infanty are abit of BS, one dude should never ever be able to single handedly take out a chopper, that is a huge imbalance IMO.
If anything the choppers need a buff, they need to be able to atleast have a fair chance against that pesky AA that knocks you back just like BC2....
