Heh, I'm also only rocking 3gb and mine runs relatively okay. I've got everything put to low during multiplayer, but it runs smoothly now.

I`m spending more time on the desktop than in the game even with 4gb of ram... checked my processes and its only bf3 and chrome eating away at the memory.

its like crysis, but instead of how smooth your games run, the new measure of how good your pc is, is how long you are able to play BF3 before it crashes.
