Battlefield 4 goes Premium

I absolutely can't wait to get my hands on this baby!
I'm currently playing Battlefield 3 and I love it! So things can only get better with Bf4, right?

EDIT: Honestly I'm tired of hearing this. Its been discussed pretty thoroughly in this forum, you not adding anything to the conversation/debate other than you dislike it.

I see these "premium/season" pass things like old full on expansion packs. One off purchase all the content and done so yeah i'll buy this

i will concede the Q3 expansion to you. however the "not adding anything to the conversation/debate" other than me disliking it is a comment you should direct to most other comments in this thread and most others.

Those add both their liking and disliking to the topic. I chose to state my dislike for the subscription based extras by using a (maybe poorly chosen) example of how things used to be.

I can tell you mulled it over and you really are upset about my worthless comment. You posted, thought about it and then came back to edit your post with a rebuking comment.

Dice & EA made premium on BF3 feel worth it, all the expansions added a considerable amount to the initial game...and I got my hours worth from it, so sure, every penny worth the purchase I say

This is how it works,you buy BF4 and then you buy Premium for BF4,basically you don't have to buy any of the upcoming expansions separately and it works out cheaper.You also get early access to expansions and some other goodies that don't effect gameplay (cosmetics etc)

As far as i know,BF4 and Premium for BF4 isn't out yet (maybe i'm just behind?)

I searched BF4 premium from the search selected it and bought it, but now nothing is showing in the games tab:

hahaha, you just bought the premium (READ SEASON PASS) for R499, you still need to purchase the game seperately, trust me it is worth it, you pay almost double for the game, but you sink hundreds of hours into the game(Multiplayer) and it is very satisfying being on the winning team(squad) owning noobs etc...

Lol, yes I was incredibly upset, I wasn't able to sleep that night. Let me rephrase, your point, didn't add anything, because it didn't make sense. We have had expansions/addons for over a decade, even as far back as diablo 1 which was 96. I believe your nostalgia is getting the better of you.

Battlefield comes out of the box with all it needs, there was and is still no need to buy the expansions. I'm still playing my out of the box battlefield 3 version with no expansions.

LOL. Yeah fail, but worth it. In my defense I had a long day and was dead tired... simple misread followed by surprised :o
