Best budget TVs for gaming in South Africa

Is there really a noticeable difference between 60Hz and 100Hz-120Hz sets?
I've made a mistake then with my LG 32LS4600 :(

I have the UA32ES5600; good picture and features. Nice and slim too. I'm sure you can get a UA32EH5000 for R3500~ and the UA32EH5300 for R4500~

Reason for sale?

The bigger,
the slimmer,
the brighter,
the greater the clarity,
the cheaper :D

The better :)
So nice... But so way out of my budget.
Damn! They're expensive though.. Wow!

Would love to have something bigger than an 18.5". Preferably 23" LED, or bigger(wall-mounted), if possible.
