I have never been to a store that gives worse service than BT-Games. This includes Tygervalley, Canal Walk, Cavendish and V&A Waterfront...
2 of my orders I put in they literally told me to come and pick up the game and then when I get there the system shows the order has been cancelled. This happened twice.
I pre-ordered Diablo 3 Collectors and paid for it IN FULL 4 months before the release. When I got to the midnight release they had all the pre-order people who had paid in full already wait until the very end to get their games. by that time the Diablo 3 bags and posters were gone.
I ordered a preplayed The Darkness from them and they sent it to 3 different stores EXCEPT the store which I designated which was Canal Walk.
Now these are just the order mess ups! The actual service from their staff is INSANELY bad! EXTREMELY bad... MEGAMAZINGSTONDINGLY bad... I have never had someone be that rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. I walk in and ask if they have stock of a game and the dude looks at me and just walks away... He just walked away... Nothing...
I don't want to go on about this anymore since it feels like I am talking about how bad the war was...
TLDR version: I will literally pay more to never deal with them again in ANY way.
