Cape teen beheaded in ‘satanic ritual’

Cape Town - A 17-year-old has been arrested for allegedly beheading 15-year-old Lee Heinrich Adams from Ravensmead as part of a suspected satanic ritual – Lee’s head was found buried in the boy’s front garden on Saturday night.

The body was found lying in the corner of one of the classrooms of the derelict Florida Primary School building about 120m from Lee’s aunt’s home, where he lived.

His head was discovered two days later buried at the 17-year-old boy’s home, about 1.5km from the school.

Police spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel André Traut said: “The beheaded body was discovered at Third Avenue in Ravensmead on Thursday night at around 10.15pm.”

Traut added that, after a thorough investigation, the 17-year-old had been arrested. “A search at the residence of the suspect led to the discovery of the head buried in the front garden on Saturday night.”

He said the police suspect it was part of a satanic ritual.

Yus, heard about this on the radio. Just doesn't make sense man. I dont remember any satanic shit when I was a kid, but recently it seems quite prevalent amongst the youth of today.

Agreed. My youth days weren't nearly as violent. WTF is going on these days?

and then somebody told Gareth Cliff he misrepresents satanism on the radio.... how the fuck do you misrepresent satanism???? :wtf:
 
I remember back in the day when i was actually in school many many moons ago, satanism was a huge thing (1992 - 1997) back then it was everywhere and so many stories went around.

The police actually did a raid at our school once and some of the stuff that came out there was hectic

But then it all just died down and you started hearing less and less of it and now it seems to be rearing it's ugly head again more and more

Sometimes i fear for my kids cos the shit that goes on in schools these days are not controlled by teachers anymore.

It's pretty easy to misrepresent something if you only ever hear one side of the story ;)

Our back yard was in a wooded area and bandits stole our clothes off the line and my bro and I with some buddies decided to go look and see if we cant get anything back, we ended up at a sewage outet /pump station and there one of my buddies discovered a headless cat whose body was wrapped around a thin tree, so this does happen, not all of it is news worthy though, this was about nine years ago.

Oh and didn't that laaitie chop up someone with a samurai sword a few years back?

Haha, freaky dude.

Ja, I dont think anyone got seriously hurt with the sword one - I could be wrong though. But there was that one dude a few weeks/months back who doused two girls with petrol and set them alight in some sort of satanic ritual.

I dotn know about this case but a lot of times people misread thigns big time like that samruai sword thing they said he had satanic material with refference to slipknot CD's :|

Lol. Personally slayer is more satanic than slipknot.

I personally think a lot of it is just media sensation. This story will sell better if we add satanic ritual to it.
I remember when I was still in school and staying at my gran she would watch some talk show on sabc 3 and the show was dedicted to satanism among youth and it was on holloween. It always seems to pop up every now and then.

Maybe the kid was just deranged and killed for no reason. Doesn't sounds as exciting as a satanic ritual now does it.

He was an outcast, probably was a metalhead too (hence the slipknot) and was bullied as a result and finally snapped. It's pretty understandable. No sympathy for bullies.

Now as for that slipknot fan yip it was him snapping. I hate bullies more than anything else on earth.
 
I think its easier for the media to say its satanic than actually just explain that the guy is messed up. Look at how the media has confused Hacker with Cracker.
 
Poor satanism... getting the blame for some kid's sick fantasy...

Satanism does not require sacrifice of humans or animals, so why is satanism to blame? In fact, the Bible has actual references to people sacrificing lambs and their first born sons to God, so why not blame this on Christianity?
