Core I7 Temperature Problems

I don't really think the brand makes a huge difference, just as long as it's applied correctly and not some really bad kind.

I lol'd Hard for that one... Quite funny.

@ Satarial Hope you come rite with the H60, i a really nice water cooling system tested one for a couple of days. As for the temps do seem a little high, do you have enough ventilation in your case? That also plays a role in heat build up... I learnt that the hard way.

I have a Haff 922, all fans spaces filled, with proper cable management.
The box is open on the inside :)

I fitted the H 60 with Arctic cooling mx-4 and the temps are looking better.

Idle is 40 - 48 now and BF3 only kicks it to about 57 degrees.

Will let the new thermal paste set first then check again.

Question for you tho, ive only got 1 fan on the H60 radiator atm, should i have it in a push pull setup with 2 fans?

Because ive got a second fan, just no screws to mount it to the radiator.
 
So i take you jave intake fans on the front of your case and all the other fans are exhaust fans...

If i catching what you say you trying to add another fan, best practice is to have the air moving through the radiator to exit the case so both fans should be blowing in the same direction at the same speed. So if the setupr doest come with a splitter to manage the fan speed together then you going to have to find one that can. Imho you should be fine with the one exhuast fan...
