Thanks for the info - I wasn't aware of this. Makes me very happy to know there is always this available :)

Edit: The more I think about it, the more I am thinking it is time to get the Explora.

Good match on at the moment between the Aussies and Poms. Poms got skittled cheaply. Did not see that coming. Aussies are in control.

Gearing up for tonight's game against the Pakis. If the weather holds. Any local news from Cape Town on the chances of good weather this evening?

Wednesdays win was incredibly hollow and just didn't feel right to take the game like that.

They Definetly outplayed the Saffers. Good batting set it up. Allowed their bowlers to weave their magic. Kept the pressure on from beginning to end.

What a good few days of cricket. The Proteas have been playing out of their skin over the weekend, and little de Kock is a brilliant talent to have in the team. It's truly great to see an opening pair of batsman that can play us into a great position. And our bowlers are really on fire. Great job Proteas!!

At this stage I have two questions floating 'round my mind.
First: Will India be able to pull something out of the hat for the third ODI? If they could get Amla and de Kock cheaply, they may just be in with a chance.
Secondly: What does this tell us about the Pakistan performance? Did they play well, did SA play badly or is India just over-rated?

Apparently India came to SA a lot later than usual, which didn't gave them any chance of having a practice game or two beforehand. And that really shows. Any sub-continental team struggles with the pace and bounce our pitches delivers, and they usually only start getting the hang of it by game number 4. Also, due to the rain in Durban they had to do pre-game practises indoors.

Now while I believe that this will play a role in their performance, I do think that SA managed to ruthlessly cut them down severely. The aggression and pressure the Proteas placed on the Indian team is a sign that the team is growing in confidence.

Any of you going to go to the game?

Wish I could but I won't be able to get to Jo'burg on the weekend.
And as things stand at the moment, India look like they are putting up a much better fight than in the ODIs. If their bowlers can hold it together we may see a tight game here.
