Currently playing against their A team, current score is SL are 148 / 6 after 37 overs needing needing 124 runs to win off 12.5 overs :)

Still so long to wait though. Really good to see that we have 3 against India. With their local support (especially Durban), it will be an interesting tussle.

yeah, just hope we don't have any bad weather, hated how the weather played such a big part in the outcome of the champions trophy games and the test games we had against India and Sri Lanka when they were down here last. Hoping for a no excuse series
 
So the Tour is without Smith and Kallis. If the current squad plays well I can imagine where will Smith and Kallis to be slotted in future. and even which 2 batsmen do we drop? Duminy looks a good #3 and he provides a spin option.

You all hear this Micky Mouse Arthur story now?

Arthur's claiming for up to AUD 4 million in compensation from Cricket Australia or his job back.... I can imagine if he gets 4million means he can come back to SA and then worth over R40million.
 
I don't think Kallis will be playing much more. I reckon he will retire after the 2 home series against India and Australia at the 2013/2014 season.

I reckon Arthur won't get a victory in that case, he was hired to get the team to come together as a team and up the rankings. He wasn't efficient enough to do the job so he malperformed.

I will as well, difficult to replace him, I just hope McLaren can as he is showing a lot of potential especially with his bowling, when he bats well he is also pretty nifty
 
What a dismal loss. Pathetic. 180 runs. Wow. Lots of work to do with the players before the next game. Eina.
 
And the task set for the Aussies in the Ashes is nigh impossible considering their fragile batting.

I wonder how much of it has to do with internal politics with the coach etc having a dampening on the moral?

Yeah, that'll have a bit to do with it. I would have expected that the players would have isolated themselves from it. But I guess not. Pity.
