Demon's Souls PS3

Hehe all good. I was just curious since you seem to have an interest in most genres, and also owned many (or are getting said) titles. :p

Personally like I have mentioned before; playing more than 2 titles at a time for me is like hell. And when a MMO-bug hits me, well gooooodbye to all other games!

Back on topic - getting Demons Souls soon, but like I said, I will wait to play it only once I am satisfied I have 'finished' with what I am playing. As long as I am enjoying a title I see no reason to jump into something else. Often that just leads to many a great title just gathering dust for all time.
 
Already killed 'phalanx' so far. The huge knight guy :p
On my way to the 'Tower Knight' if im right about that ;)
 
Phalanx is the huge slime ball thing with all the little slime ball thing minions :p
The Tower Knight is the huge knight guy. If you've beaten him I would suggest moving on to the second world (stonefang tunnel) before going any further into the first world, just make sure you have a weapon with piercing properties (such as a spear) before going to stonefang tunnel as the enemies are vulnerable to it there. The reason why you should go to the second world first is that, as far as I can tell by reading forums and the wikidot, it is how the game is meant to be played. You need to be at least level 40 before going to 1-3 (past the Tower Knight archstone) as the boss there, The Penetrator, is quite a handfull and the higher you're level the more your chances of beating him becomes.
 
I'm really enjoying the game so far :), played up to the Phalanx and killed that slime ball pretty easily. Then some player entered my game and tried to kill me WTH?

How many times did you guys die in the first area(1-1)?

Hmm, let me see ... About 4 or 5 times i guess. And you? Dude, wait till you have something like 30000 or more souls and a black phantom comes into your game and pwns you. Last night I was playing and a black phantom invaded my game and I killed him, not two minutes later another one comes in and he kills me in two shots :(

Also, the Phalanx is quite an easy boss (if you can call anything in this game easy), but he's probably the only one. The other ones are mostly all insanely hard. :p
 
Help!!!!!!!!! I am addicted to Demon's Souls. I cannot stop playing this game. I played it yesterday from 10:00 to about 00:30, that's more than 14 hours straight!! When I get home from work I play it till I go to sleep, when I wake up in the morning I play it before going to work. My studies are suffering as I'm not doing any of my assignments because I can't stop playing Demon's Souls!

What can I do to cure my addiction? (Although I don't actually want to) :(

Hahaha, lol. Yeah, but after I finished it there's still new game +, then ++, then +++, etc., etc.,
 
I HATE the black phantom @$$holes in this game! :mad: They keep invading my game and stealing all my hard earned souls. I now officially have a love/hate relationship with Demon's Souls. This is one of the best games ever made, but it can also be one of the most frustrating :mad:
 
I did mine so far in this sequence.
1-1
2-1 (to get the Flaming Spear)
1-3
1-4
2-1 (for North Regalia)
2-1 (for Lava Bow)
2-2
2-3
3-1 (just starting off here now)

It doesn't really matter in which order you do them, it depends on the level of your character and what weapons you use. Why not finish 2-4 and get the dragon god's soul? This will allow you to go on with 1-3 and 1-4 and you will also be able to give the dragon god's soul to blacksmith ed (in 2-1) so he can forge weapons for you using the demon's souls.

I did it like this so far:

2-1
2-2
2-3
2-4
1-3
1-4
4-1
5-1
3-1

Am currently trying to get through 4-2 (a very nice farming spot), but those damn flying stingrays are getting on my nerves.
