Woooooooooohoooooooooooooooooo! A different error code! Error 3003!!
I had the error as the updater started, had to uninstall my AV and Firewall as wel as disable the Win firewall to get it going took 36 hours to solve....
Risky move considering all of the D3 accounts being hacked at the moment.
Give DiabloStorm a bells![]()
oo btw panthis got gw2, rdy for the beta next weekend![]()
So am i the only one playing HC?

I get too attached to my characters.. Maybe sometime when I have 5x level 60s
I didn't play heaps this weekend (Saturday morning, Sunday morning/night) but I didn't have 1 login error, got in each time perfectly. Strange...
Anyways, have now begun Hell difficulty.. WOW, this is where its at. Absolute MONSTROUS difficulty curve on champion packs. Last night, while in an Act I "dungeon", we came across a Vampiric|Shielding|Molten pack of scavengers. After 30 minutes of trying different tactics / specs / kite paths / gear loadouts, we got them! Naturally, the drops were not special, but this is the exact reason why I love this game. Some challenges are absolutely near impossible, but once you get em done...![]()

I can only imagine that that will get tiring very quickly. Massive exertion for no reward other than the good feeling of being able to down the pack.
The actual feeling or emotion of overcoming a challenge while gaming surpasses any combination of pixels for me.
So something has happened which I could never have imagined, I'm bored of Diablo 3 two weeks after its release.

Sure I still eek out some fun when I play it with my mates, but I would have fun playing with them regardless of the game.
This is coming from someone who nearly lost his shit when he refreshed the Blizzcon splash page in 2008 to find the image of Diablo 3 starring at his face.
Yep, sadly you aren't the only one. Several people are already selling accounts and I am seeing my colleagues also getting bored / tiring.
I think that's the problem with good story lines. They are awesome the first time but later on you just don't care.
The AH is really hurting the important part of the game IMO. Why would you try to grind and grind and grind for that improvement if you can just buy it on the AH? The post from Bashiok also comes to mind when he said the ingame loot was adjusted because the AH exists and they have to assume that you will be using the AH.
All of the launch issues, login errors and the always-online stuff will also just be a growing snowball.
