Ah man, I downloaded the beta (on PS4), but I'm going to be away all weekend so I won't get a chance to try it. Maybe I can squeeze in a round or two on Sunday night

Trying to download the beta now while at work, but Steam is stuck at Allocating disc space for DOOM....strange error.

Played a couple of rounds this morning. Switching off the dmg numbers is a must and thankfully you can do that.
Ping was between 100 and 300 and although it was noticeable sometimes, the game felt good and responsive. That said I would still prefer local server and I don't think I'll buy it if there aren't any available.

Cool. I'lll download this evening and take a look.

Drop in......run around......die......respawn.......run around.....die......respawn......run around shooting at anything that moves [and sometimes the walls].....die......resp.....awwww.....Windows BSOD.


Reminds me of the last time I tried playing a multiplayer FPS.
