Wouldn't SnapMap accommodate better for this? as far as I know it allows up to 4 players maximum.

Well, not really. The fact that it only allows 4 players doesn't really make it a substitute for MP.

Yeah but for a small group of friends it could work really well over laggy servers, as well as co-op. It's a really functional facility, much like Minecraft. There's a fucktonne of shit that can be created.
