So far, I haven't noticed any significant impact from the patch, but then I didn't really struggle with huge stability or performance issues as my settings are pretty well tweaked. I have noticed that my character's age and scars are missing though, as a lot of other people have mentioned. Apparently they are working on a hotfix for this.
The improved PC controls in tactical mode are only slightly improved, but it's a start and is apparently the base from which Bioware plan to work to further improve the controls. I guess we'll see with the next patch.
Thankfully my character has had no facial feature alterations (suppose I should be thankful for this).
I want the super-glossy hair to be fixed however.
It's weird, this patch was supposed to fix the super-glossy hair. I've only seen people complaining that it made hair that was previously not glossy, glossy.
And it was not glossy when Mesh Quality was set to High; not it's damn shiny on every setting.
Has anyone played Multiplayer yet?
I have. It's a lot fun. But you have to grind a bit in the beginning. I'm not the biggest fan of grinding and there are only three maps at the moment, but apparently there are more on the way. I can highly recommend it with friends. It's great. It has a very MMO-raid feel to it.
I first wanna play DA:O before trying this. It looks incredible, but I would like an intro to the universe first... My free copy from Origin is still staring at me, unplayed.
That may be a good idea, as the story line does now and again hint on previous installments' events and people (no spoilers).
I only finished around 80 or so percent of DA: O and barely 10 hours worth of DA2, so some hints are missed, but it's fine as this story is mostly completely unique (for the most part).
P.S. I'm sure I didn't throw out spoilers.
How could you have? You barely said anything in your post!![]()

i would LOVE to play DA:O but don't have the time :-( I am already so massively backlogged. I have had DA:I sitting on my desk for the past couple weeks and not touched. still busy with Far Cry 4 and Starcraft 2
