For some weird reason when I hit level 7 with my Mage, Arcane Warrior was already available. Maybe because I got it on my first play through. I wonder if it works that way.

Once a specialization is unlocked its carried forward in future playthroughs.

I have all specializations except blood mage unlocked. Just finished my second playthrough today.

I have blood mage unlocked. I think you have to go down the evil path for it. Make a deal with a demon.
 
I eventually got my copy. Was supposed to be a collector's edition one, but fail EA ran out of stock and couldn't supply me :( Installed it last night and I'm loving it! I seriously need a holiday so I can actaully play all my current titles :/
 
Damnit, I'm still only 30mins into the game. :o

I need to sit down over Dec holidays and jam the snot out of this one!
 
My character is a goody-two-shoes. Usually I don't like playing evil characters but I might just try it on the second playthrough...

Blood mage is probably the most difficult spec to unlock through discovery.

You have to do a quest a specific way with a specific class. Even then, you need to make a deal which you might not be comfortable with. Very easy to miss.
 
That is what I did. I am am blood mage. I just did not know if you could be one if you were a good character
 
It can be done if your a good character. You can even get away with the dark deal since no one is there to witness it.

So, do you do "Butt-kicking! For goodness!" because it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, or do you do it just to look good in the eyes of others and be willing to make such a dark deal to empower yourself?
 
I am so ruthless in it. I killed the dog and defiled the ashes. I killed the healer mage and had sex with the witch

Do you have ice? Fire the trees and try to freeze the elf. make sure to take out the trees first with your dps and tank the elf and make sure to heal him.
