I bet that when the covers for the Twilight books came out, not one obsessive tween girl raised so much as an eyebrow.
Stuff like this makes me feel embarrassed to be a gamer.
I propose blank leather covers for games, like old books, with only the title printed in reasonably sized characters.
Why would you complain about box art and then boycott a game? It is a box. A game comes in it. And while you play it, it is useless to you. Perhaps the box art will clash with their curtains when it is on display on their shelves...only logical thing that I can think of.

Although to be perfectly honest I don't really have a problem with the Bioshock cover.
This is all especially daft since no one has actually played the game yet. For all we know, it's complete shit.
To illustrate this, take a look at the cover below. Who are we to say that it doesn't properly capture the subtle nuances and lyrical complexities that Joyce so brilliantly weaves together into her music?

Some people get really into their covers, like the guys who won't buy 'platinum' games for consoles because their covers are "ugly" so they would rather hunt down second hand version just to get the original cover.
