Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

Well i really can't wait,been messing around in the character benchmark.

Personally i want to try going more the merchant root over the combat root.

The reason it looked underwhelming was because i couldn't stand watching the player and an AI monster just standing still and lobbing shots at eachother.

After playing GW2 and Tera I found that most games where you don't really have to dodge, bored me. Tried WoW and Aion again and couldn't even play it for a few days, but for some reason this game feels different. Doesn't feel as rigid for me.
 
Anyone who registered the early access code on http://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/gb and got an error should go back an re-register the code. On successful completion you are given a new 20 digit key to add to your original Square Enix account. Only at this point is the game properly registered to your account.
 
so i just bought the game on TakeAlot. hope to get my early access code tomorrow when i call in. see you all in early access... if i dont get error codes -.-

was just wodering, who will start new characters? if i can get a character into moogle i might start with a new character- but then again i put too much effort into "Captain Random" to play again.

I think most of us will stay on Moogle. C'maaan ... come to the Dark Side! It's not hard to level up. :)
 
Still no code from Takealot. Time to ask my friend in the UK who bought it for me to phone them and ask where it is...

got my only character on moogle. but i wanted to start from over as i dont really like my class setup. i wasted alot of exp. but i did log out in rested exp place before beta ended. so i guess i can make it up fast with that and leve quest points
 
got my code sorted out. takealot.com was very swift in delivering it. registered everything now i just wait till Saturday at 12:00 to play the game again :) im so excited.

does anyone have any information on buy game time? where would i go to buy that? or will early access be free? so i only need to worry about that later?

Takealot/BT should get the 60day game cards otherwise you can do the credit card route on the website(like wow)
you get 30days free aswell which starts on the 27th .

I think you get a month free,payment is per month at around R130-150.

Still waiting on my code from BTGames,didn't get any game cards when i went to pay.
 
$12 U.S not sure in euros or you can opt for the $15 that gives you 8 character slots but this isn't needed since you only need one
 
Got my code and registered both.Will start downloading when i get home.

Also does anyone know how to move a game from one HD to another without messing anything up.

Also can anyone automatically get on the moogle server or do we apply somewhere?
 
DC - when you create your char you will be given chances to choose moogle as the WORLD server - As jy nie seker is nie log in op ts en vra een van ons ok

As for the file copy - should work, that is what we do when we share the client.
