Grats! My std edition is on its way :D Im upgrading to digital CE tho.

DC - only with the CE unfortunately. But I suspect we can use one on the phone as well?
 
Cool,wonder how much it will increase security.

Edit:it seems it's only for smartphones,the device itself can be purchased for R100+-,will see if i can get one.

BTW what is everyones main class.

I'm going with marauder atm and will be lvling mining,gold smith,black smith and armorer as soon as i can join additional guilds and use the airship.

So this is incredibly frustrating. I get home with my sexy FF14 CE, try and log in, servers not responding. It times out when the client starts up, I'll sometimes get as far as linking accounts before it times out but I can never get past the bloody registration screen.

Server not responding, server not responding, server not responding :cry:

Quick question for the peeps playing this. A friend of mine got himself a copy of the game and while he struggled at first with the installation, he finally managed to install it only to be greeted by a 3.5GB update. Now he does not have uncapped internet and at this time of the month he cannot download the update. I do, however, have uncapped and offered that he come and download it at my house. Will he be able to play if we install the game on my PC, log in using his credentials, let the game update and then just copy the entire folder over to an external from where he can then copy the files over to his original install directory? I know some MMO's work like this, but maybe this one doesn't and I just want to make sure before we download the 3.5 GB.
