what stood out for me is this:
Q. Please tell us what we can do with individual player housing. Can we set our minions to play around the house? Can we make greenhouses and fields?
A. Through updates, we're planning to make it possible for players to grow gysahl greens and hatch baby chocobos and raise them. Also, we’re planning underground workshops where crafters can build boats and airships.

BLM = Black Mage

Acronyms for battle jobs are as follows:

WHM = White Mage
BLM = Black Mage
SCH = Scholar
GLD = Gladiator
WAR = Warrior
SMN = Summoner
DRG = Dragoon
MNK = Monk
BRD = Bard

FC = Free Company, otherwise known as a Guild

We really do have a lot of BLM, but it's my main and I'm not entirely in the mood to level another class right now. It's also difficult to see exactly where we are lacking atm.

Also at this point most of the BLM already have their weapons. Coil is going to be the next place where gear splitting on drops can be an issue again, but having the tokens does help alleviate that a lot.

Look we are not saying u have to relevel .We will never do that.But have so many of one job means there less spot in run for other jobs

Yeah no I do see the concern here - there is definitely a disproportionate number of BLM's in the FC currently, but before I go leveling any other classes there needs to be a clearer need for a specific class.

ATM I can't figure out what we need in order to balance for the late game raids. We seem to have the appropriate amount of healers an tanks, but there is some double counting involved that's scewing the numbers a little.

Also how many of the numbers are actually planning on taking part in end game raiding?

We are planing end game raids but how many ppl we will have there and so on we cant say.Every need the gear and the relic for that so we are a few weeks away form that. and every one WILL NEED to be on team speak to be apart of raiding
 
I wonder why so many decided on BLM? There really are a lot of us... SMN/SCH seems to be the safest bet for leveling as secondary atm. Most of my gear will work on a SMN.
