How many tokens you need? If it's 30 or less then WP may be the way to go, it's a bit quicker.
 
not sure about that with all the running and dodging tonbans....

AK is easy, if a tank doesnt know WP it fails easy....AK is pretty easy dungeon if DPS are strong. I need about 23'ish tokens for chest

Maybe 1 or 2 garuda runs will be faster however....2 runs should be fine

With our current DPS I think we will speed through WP. I haven't done it since before I was properly geared.

My point being that it is also an MMO if I'm correct and that it seems like a much better choice seeing as it has a 10 year development cycle and thus you will have 10 year's worth of dedicated developer support. This makes sense to me paying subscription for the game then. I'm not trying to step on any toes here or dis a game, just felt to comment on Destiny being a viable option. I should have been more clear in my post. Apologies all.

This thread isn't here to debate whether or not FF14: ARR is worth it's sub fee against other games. This thread is for those who are playing the game or others who want to know more about the game from those who are playing it.

There is nothing wrong with your sentiments, but this is the wrong thread to voice them in ;).

With that being said...

I just finished the level 46 main story quest and now the quests have had a huge jump in rank required for the next quest, level 49 :eek:! That's a lot of grinding ahead...

I've also started on my next class, a gladiator. I want a PVP char plus one that can find dungeons easily, so I'll be levelling that up now.
 
I played this for a bit in beta and must say I really wasnt impressed it took forever to get out of town and when you did get out you had 50 quests all over the show, that being said I would love to give it another chance post beta... what server are you all playing on ?

We are playing on Moogle. Normally you only have 5 at most quests you can pick up at the time in a hub. Try to finish all 5 of them first before returning to the hub to hand them in and pick up the next lot. When I start a new character I first finish all those in the city I start off at. When I finally leave the city to do my first quests outside I tend to be lvl 3 already.
 
Insanity the SO might also like this game. It is fun and we have a great group playing it. Remind me later (aka when I am actually at work) to send you a l;ink to a folder with lots of pretty pics

the SO doesnt game im slowly trying to convert her DC universe has her interest peaked now :p

She can even roll a cat person, as long as she doesnt use the cow tail :P

SHe has barbie syndrome half of my characters over all MMO's she designs and i play with them :D
 
do you have to buy the game adn play subs or is it free and just subbed ? how much does it cost if you have to buy it

Unfortunately no trials yet. But if you buy the game you get 1 month free game time. That is the best I can do. Otherwise, if you want to dl the client I would be willing to let you try it out tomorrow during the day. Using my account. I am out for most of the day.
