Hello all,

I'm planning on joining FFXIV today or tomorrow. Hope to find some local people to play with. Seems like Grim Wolves is the place to be?

Yep, everyone's on Moogle.

Servers will be locked during load. You'll have to try either early morning or late, late, late night (which in itself would be early, early, early morning :p).

Morning guys,

So i got to 50, what do you guys suggest is the best action to take from here? Farm seals for rank, farm dungeons for that currency to buy the ilvl 90 gear i think it is?

I finished Castrum last night, but it was just part of the storyline, also i gather i need to continue with the story line and finish it to unlock hard mode etc?

Thanks in advance for any tips / suggestions.
 
Roomys i suggest you focus on finishing your storyline quest and unlocking you relic quest...that quest has some tough fights. If u have done castrum, you have another 8 man to complete and you are done with storyline quest...cant think of 8-man name now...I just remember everybody hated doing it! ;)

Give a shout if you need help, as PUGS can be a bit painful from this stage on. Our FC grp will cruise thru it super fast with our high lvl dps players and super tanks! Try you best to get the relic mobs killed, they are tricky fights and a pain to do, we can walk you through Ifrit /Garuda HM easy enough. We are currently practicing to master the Titan HM fight....then we will start pulling people through that one and you have you relic weapon! ;)

Farm for the normal dungeon tokens and get as much Darklight as you can in mean time....just remember when you start going to titan you need 900 normal tokens to make relic weapon, and 900 myth tokens to +1 your relic weapon. I need to save for that now...900 myth tokens...eish

Anyways, shout on TS, we will make a plan!

You're thinking of Praetorium... What a god awful erm I mean fantastic experience that place was :D

Just let us know where you are and what help you need, we all know the 50 dungeons by heart now and since they all drop tokens, we run them anyway ;)
 
Grats on 50

Now you have to do praetorian snd then start farming wandering palice. Once you are suitably geared from that you can move on to AK :)

As Bane and the rest said, finish the storyline and I will run Castrum and AK with you for your gear :D I still need a load of tokens from all the dungeons for my gear :D
