So I've finally got round to setting up Netflix. It looks very cool.
Next step, Hulu
Did u do it on your Pc? Could you maybe consider doing a little step by step guide on how you got it working?

I'm curious too. Do you have to pay per show/movie in addition to the monthly fee?
Id also appreciate a bit more info here... Do you sign up for like tv channels?
It costs about R81/month, streaming whatever shows they have on there. Its movies, series, kids shows, documentaries. The shows aren't up to date generally, and can be a season or two out. But the convenience, and awesome low cost of it makes it really nice.
It streams flawlessly, but usually starts off pretty bad quality and then automatically gets better and better. A 2mb line is pretty much minimum, and obviously it gets better from there.

Well if it's only R81 a month and you have access to all that content it's immediately a better deal than DSTV.

This is an example of what the interface looks like, but it does vary slightly according to device. Its very user friendly, and especially great for catching up with old series. Also, no adverts.
They also have started creating their own original series shows and they're flippen well done, big budget titles. Such as "House of Cards", "Orange is the new Black", "Hemlock Grove" to name a few. They release them a season at a time as well.
The first month for netflix is free, same with Unotelly (for the DNS thing). And you can cancel anytime you like.
Yeah, I haven't been able to set up Hulu+ properly for myself. I can't download the damn app onto my xbox without using a US VPN, the DNS thing only works once you actually have the app.As I understand it, Hulu+ is what you want for the current stuff, so between the two, you basically have everything you can want, except sports.
Data usage isn't too bad. I dont really monitor my internet too much, but using netflix exclusively for TV a few hrs a night (I dont have DSTV at all), gaming a couple of hours a night and downloading a few up-to-date shows, I utilise anything from 70gig to max 150gig a month. I know thats a huge variance but its the best I gotYip, the only downfall is the data it will use... How much data does it use roughly per hour? any ideas?
So its almost like the "entertainment" thing on dstv, you just select what you want and watch it... Can you like search for say Spartacus and start at episode 1 and watch them all the way through?
Ah yes, you're probably right. Been a while for me.I think the Unotelly free trial was only a week, but it's long enough to try it out at least
ok but apparently if you want to stream ti through the xbox you have to be a gold member ?
