I don't see the ambiguity. The rules specifically stated 20 posts, in the last 2 months, if I recall correctly. How more specific do you want it?

Rules and guidelines
These giveaways are being done by MyGaming community members, for fellow members that contribute in a positive way to the MyGaming forum, and as such we will show NO leniency to spammers or people who do not follow the rules as decided by the community.
These giveaways are for long standing, active members of the MyGaming.co.za forums only.
You need to be a member on the forums for a minimum of two months to be eligible to enter.
If you want to join the MyGaming Community Steam group, post a link to your Steam profile in this thread. It will look something like this: http://steamcommunity.com/id/metalsoup/
You must be actively posting on the forums during the last two months (at least 20 decent posts per month, no spam, no nonsense)
If you are not active on the MyGaming forums, outside this thread and during activity based competitions, for long periods of time you will be removed from the Steam group.
If you aren't well known to the person who's giveaway you are entering, please leave a comment with your forum username if it's different from your Steam name on their Giveaway comment section.
If you want to create giveaways, please make them exclusive to members of the MyGaming community group
If you see anybody in the group that you don't think deserves to be there, please send me a PM with your reason.
Good luck and have fun, and a special thanks to all contributors!
There is no ambiguity though. You either make 20 posts a month or you can't participate in the GAs. It's very, very simple.
Don't mistake what Wyzak is doing here either. He's not being a nice guy. He kicks over a hornet's nest and then stands back and pretends that he's just acting in everyone's best interests. I've seen him to do it time and time again. Nobody had issues with the way GA was running until Wyzak came along. Even Dampi accepted the ruling and Wyzak just kept going. I'm pretty sure him and LimpNoodle/SnowWar (he's got two accounts here) are one and the same guy. SnowWar used to give me endless crap back when I was running the NAG DayZ server and would stir up trouble wherever he goes, then pretend to be doing it in the interest of the greater good. Exact same modus operandi as Wyzak. I eventually decided to just say fuck it and abandoned the DayZ server.
Don't think Wyzak isn't laughing his ass off behind the scenes. He's a professional troll, as evidence by this ongoing forum drama which he instigated almost single-handedly.
It just makes I seem like some sort of martial law... And this is where good leadership comes in. If I was moderating that group, I would have seen he didn't speak on the forums, but he was contributing in games. For me that would have been good enough, if anything I would have sent him a PM explaining this and ask him to work on increasing his thread count.
There are far better ways to handle situations that playing parliament.
"Ah madame speaker, I would like to raise a point of privilege. According to the mygaming steam group rules section 2A, it states a minimum of 20 posts need to made over 2 months or be kicked. Madame speaker with this I raise a point of power. According to section 4 paragraph 1, the mods therefore are required to boot said cockroach *cough* I mean honourable member"
This what this whole thing feels like...
The question is who is playing Zuma in all this and quietly laughing.
I'm sure by this point Jan will have to create a new thread for all the "derailing" posts, because this thread was specifically created for people to give feedback in with regards to what Jan suggested, not to give opinions on what happened with this whole debacle, if there was ambiguity or not.
The point of the GA Thread was that active members on the forum could give games to one another (as the whole idea is to be active on the forum as that is what helps MyG). Giving away games but not being active is great, but isn't contributing to the MyG site in any way. I'm sure Dampi had good intentions, but as time went on the rules were forgotten and things happened.
But, back to be ON TOPIC:
Others have suggested the same, but I guess I'll reitarate as well
1) Get an unqual number of mods, so there can always be consensus on a decision. The community can suggest mods, and the nominated people can decline if they so wish (Wyvern already said she does not want to be a mod again)
2) Ammend the rules to be non ambiguous. Not that they were really so to begin with, but I suppose there are 1 or 2 places where someone with a mind to do so can twist the words a bit.
3) There are 2 Steam MyG groups; one group which anyone can join, and another specifically for the giveaways. If you are so inclined, when you post a GA you can decide if only 1 or both groups can enter the GA. That is your decision as the person giving away the game.
4) The warning system would be nice, I suppose, however that also places more admin on the mods of the group. I don't think a warning system is needed though, you would know if you haven't been active on the forum for the last month or so, and so you can expect to perhaps have been kicked from the group. If you become active on the forum again, and PM one of the mods, I'm sure they wouldn't mind to reinvite said person back into the group.
5) If the mods of the group are unsure about a decision, they can always ask the community for input on a matter.
I think that is all, if I think of something else I'll edit my post.
