Game suggestions for my 7yr old Nephew

Grand Theft Auto 4, FEAR, Condemned, Resident Evil series...

I have a 7 year old nephew and I started him out on the following:

Burnout - Easy to get into and actually requires that you hit everything else on the road
Mini Ninja's
Lego Star wars
Lego Batman - In fact the whole Lego series of games
Tomb Raider Underworld
Prince of Persia

Basically any game that is not too violent and can develop some skill in both reasoning and thought logic

Go for Prince of Persia 4. It's kinda like Alladin and you can't die.
