I think the coverage of the article is quite good. First hand experienced Diablo and Battlefield 4's issues.

I also think the thing that aggravates it even more for local gamers is that a lot of people struggle to get stable internet connections (Telkom) and when it is stable, the last thing you want to deal with is a game server failing.

-5 hours later manage to get in and play with 1000ms lag
-Bed time

In hindsight, its all better now

The diablo 3 one is a tad wrong,

It wasnt error 3006

It was this dreaded number ( i even made a character named ThreeSeven)

BF4 servers has been rather stable lately... Not sure if Hardline beta helping with the load or it's actually gotten better.
