GIFV support

Just a few observations I have made so far with gifv, gif and gfy:

GIF: https://gfycat.com/PeskyPleasantCat#?format=gif (25Mb)

GIFV: http://i.imgur.com/5m3k73m.gifv (2.5Mb)

GFY: http://gfycat.com/PeskyPleasantCat (758k)

I still think HTML5 video is vastly superior since all imgur is doing is taking a gif and using MP4 as a method of compression. The only real advantage of Gifv is that it's easier to put onto websites and it does not take massive amounts of data, which loads it way faster.

Both the first one and the 2de one loaded faster than the 3de one.

Something interesting I discovered in implementing MyGaming's GIFV support (it's live, by the way) is that GIFV and Gfycat are essentially the same thing.

So our GIFV tag will support either service. You just need to know what the direct link is to the videos.
