What about dungeon keeper 1 and 2? There is quite a few I've encountered that is a bit fudge and you still have to fix it yourself to get it to work property... thief 3 comes to mind and the vsync bug.

Speaking of DK2 it was that one what was ninja edited so that it doesn't support all that it said initially if I remember correctly...
