A very interesting Q & A with more information on traits, etc. The way traits can customize your ability of your weapon skills is more interesting than I imagined. I have always been a bit negative about the weapon set skills - that can't be changed, ever (I would have liked 10-15 different weapon skills, that I myself could change....) The explanation of traits on skills made me alot happier, and the way how to obtain skills (elites as well) is kind of cool .... as drops too lol.

Suffering from Guild Wars 2 information withdrawal symptoms!

But last night I got an email from Ree Soesbee, one of the writers for Guild Wars 2, concerning an email I sent to her and ArenaNet regarding the limited weapon skills.

She informed me that Jon Peters has written a reply to my email, but it first has to go through the desk of their community dev to make sure no confidential information is being leaked.

So if all goes well I will have some awesome news direct from ArenaNet, unless the email was completed nerfed or withdrawn by their community dev.
 
As soon as I get the info, if I get the info, I will be doing another blog post concerning Guild Wars, but this time around focusing in depth on the skills and traits. To give an explanation on exactly how things will work.

Awesome, that looks very interesting. Human colors looks very rich hope they have a few more hairstyles to pick from since most of the time its very lacking.
 
Yeah ... that was one of the things I was looking forward to. One of the problems I've always had with MMOs is that, at one point or another, everybody looks the same bar the main colour of their armour.
 
I saw a video of the Dye Dystem from PAX or GamesCom and I was impressed at the sheer amount of choice, but the article is great.

Can't wait to take a whole dye to customize my charcter in Guild Wars 2.
