What is the daily AP cap, and how does it work ...
Mesmer reached lvl 80 this morning, going for a PU type build based on Knights armour ...
You don't need to be part of a large guild to enjoy the game. I find it best to play with a close group of friends and you form your own little guild to explore the world with and complete events etc.
Also use Skype, TeamSpeak, or whatever other voice chat software you prefer and liven the game up with some banter between friends.
Great game, but not meant to play it alone imho.
Well, if you don't make a few friends after joining a big guild, I would think you have only yourself to blame.
My experience with guilds is that the bigger ones have groups of interlocking friends ...
Yes, you can participate, as much or as little as you want, when you want ... , and there are no penalties for doing so. Even if you are a member of a Guild. Myself for example, have taken part in very few Guild activities the last 3 weeks, because i was levelling my Mesmer ... , no issues ...It's really not so bad playing alone though - it suits my playstyle, to be honest. I don't have to match time-tables with other people, and the beauty of GW2 that no other MMO has managed to match for me is the ability to participate and receive event rewards despite not operating as a group.
