I just watched the Black Mesa video again, it's looking really damn sharp. The attention they are paying to detail is very impressive. I hope it makes that 2009 release.

I hope they kept the gibs like in hl1. miss the voilence of old fps. Hl2 was not gory enough

I watched this mod a few years back, but kinda forgot about it again.
I've been checking in on their forums once in a while in the hopes of suddenly finding a download button one day.

They did post that they would release this year, so I hope it's true. It's one of the most detailed and well made mods I've seen for HL2, so I really can't wait for it either.

I belive there is a mini-mod that make all the combine explode when they die. Works for all episodes.
