Hardest Game Ever Played

I played an escape game that you needed to get out of a house but to get the key you went through each room solving various puzzles in order to get out thats probably the hardest game but great for using ur head :D
 
There was this game on the PS1. wargods or something. A fighter like tekken.

Back in the day (1996-1997) me and my mate used to rent that game EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND for about 2 months and WE JUST COULD NOT BEAT THE FINAL BOSS.

WE gave up after that.
 
UFO Enemy Unknown on Superhuman difficulty. I was getting through the game quite handily, albeit with high casualty rates, but once I started encountering the Ethereal race, my guys stood no chance to their psy attacks. I ended up avoiding any crash site missions containing Ethereals. Unfortunately, the alien base on Mars, during the end game, was full of these aliens and I suffered a humiliating defeat before half my guys even made it out of the transport ship. They were just getting mind controlled and killing their teammates. I tried it so many times with no difference. One day I might start a new game and try again.
 
Pretty much most NES and SNES games ever released. My most recent would be Jak II on PS2. Google it to see how notoriously hard this game is. It's a miracle that I managed to beat it. I'm so l33t :D.
 
FEAR...

I got stuck somewhere in the game, and ran around for almost 6 hours. Quit the game and uninstalled it.
 
No I agree it was awesome...
I just can't think of a game that was the hardest so I'm just putting contra there coz it was kinda difficult... but still fun fun fun.

To be quite honest, I have no idea... I got stuck in a room/hall/staircase stage and couldn't find my way out... Now if you ask Maplassie, I'm not a very patient gamer... Quit the game, uninstalled it and called it a bad days work... :o
 
and not to be funny, but I find Grid dam hard and really annoying. You doing great for 4 out of 5 laps, one small mistake and thats it, gotta start all over again :(
